Mechanical Test
Mechanical tests of the material can be quickly and easily determine to the strength, ductility, crack, and etc such as low cost, it can be seen that the mechanical properties showing in corresponding to the external force applied to the product.
Mechanical test are intended for getting fundamental data of Product design by obtaining mechanical properties such as tensile strength, yield point, elongation and reduction of area and toughness or brittleness.
Also the deformation characteristics of materials can be understood with estimating the deformation degree against loads of materials as the method of estimation of deformation of materials by external force.
And It can evaluate the resistivity of the material on the use of static and dynamic load of welded structures or mechanical equipment.
Hardness test can be compared to the machining or heat treatment conditions of the material by measuring the amount of deformation of the material due to the external force.
